If we want to discuss together a simple meaning for the word quality we will realize that the meaning of the word is to do something well and well, so the mastery and refinement of the work is an end sought by all the heavenly religions, and called by all the prophets. Based on this principle, the Faculty of Arts seeks with all its history, great scientists, young scientists and young cadres to take its place as the mother faculty in Upper Egypt. Therefore, Quality Management and Accreditation has started to update its strategic plan and to prepare for the advanced departments of quality, namely the English language department, the French language department, the philosophy department , social department , and the readiness of a number of other departments to apply. Among all the beneficiaries of the educational process and therefore the quality management seeks to join efforts and invest energies until we achieve what we hope of the rise of our beloved faculty .
