Mission

To provide the basic elements of a strong information and knowledge structure in higher education institutions and to work in cooperation with the concerned authorities in the State and to provide comprehensive and developed  electronic services, in addition to raising the efficiency of use through human development of the beneficiary community to support the educational, research and management system in higher education institutions and improve their outputs.
