The monthly meeting of the Scientific and Cultural Relations Committee was held under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Safwat El-Khatib, Chair of the Committee, in the presence of the esteemed committee members, with Dr. Arafat Ahmed Tony serving as Secretary.

The Committee discussed a number of matters, including:

·         An invitation received from the Faculty of Archaeology, Sohag University to attend the First International Conference to be held in April.

·         An invitation from the Embassy of the United Republic of Tanzania offering employment contracts for professors, associate professors, and lecturers from the Faculty’s academic departments in the field of laboratory equipment specializations.

·         A call for nominations for several awards offered by UNESCO for faculty members in the scientific departments.
