The Graduate Studies Committee held its monthly meeting under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Mohamed Fathy El-Gallab, Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research, with Dr. Ahmed Abdel Aal serving as Secretary, and in the presence of the Heads of Departments who are members of the Committee.

The Committee discussed a number of matters related to scholarships, thesis formation committees, registration procedures, extensions of study periods, amendments to supervision, as well as the cancellation of registration and enrollment for a group of students who exceeded the legally permitted study duration and for some postgraduate students due to delayed payment of tuition fees.
