The Council of the Department of Theatre Sciences was held under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Gamal El-Din El-Sayed Abou El-Wafa , Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs and Head of the Department Council, with the attendance of the esteemed members.

The Council discussed several topics, most notably:

* Approval of the secondment of some department members to teach at other universities.

* Approval of assigning one teaching assistant position according to the 2024–2025 five-year plan .

* Approval of selecting members responsible for quality standards, in addition to discussing any other new matters.
