Under the patronage of  Prof. Dr. Essam El-Din Sadeq Farhat, President of Minia University, and Prof. Dr. Mostafa Mahmmoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and under the general supervision of Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Hassan Aboulkhair, Dean of the Faculty; Prof. Dr. Gamal Aboulwafa, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development; Prof. Dr. Mohamed Fathy El-Gallab, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research; Prof. Rehab Serag, Faculty Student Activities Coordinator; and Prof. Tarek Zaghloul, Director of the Student Welfare Department .

As part of the faculty’s preparations to welcome its new and returning students, the Public Service Project has been launched by the Faculty’s Student Welfare Department in collaboration with all faculty departments during the period from 7/9/2025 to 20/9/2025.

The project began with the cooperation of the Faculty’s Administrative Security Department, the Gardens Department, and the University Transportation Unit, carrying out cleaning of the main gates of the faculty and decorating them with the flags of the Republic, the University, and the Faculty. The project will continue with further activities, including painting, landscaping, and beautification works throughout the faculty during this period.
